Scope of application:

Colorful paint coating of stadium, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and others playing court; footpath, community, playground and so on. 

Specification:

Water solubility, non-pollution, fast drying, short construction; moderate thickness, good wear-resistance, weather resistance, water-proof, slip resistance and breathability; colorful.

Thickness: 2.0mm 3.0mm

Useful life: more than 5 years

Construction technology:

1.Basic ground treatment: polish, repair and clean according to the basic ground condition;

2.Water primer: roll-coat 1 time to enhance surface adhesion;

3.Acrylic middle coating: add quartz sand, use trowel to coat 1 time to strengthen ground’s property of press resistance, impact resistance and slip resistance;

4.Acrylic topcoat: use non-ferrous topcoat to roll-coat 2 times to make ground dust-proof, water-proof, wear resistant, anticorrosion and easy to clean;

5.line plotting: according to the playing court standard.

 Notice: walk upside after 24 hours, can be used after 72 hours. (standard

with 25°C, opening time should be delayed at low temperature.)
