Anti-static epoxy floor coating, made of special epoxy resin with a solid content of 100%, has environmental protection, high gloss, wear resistance and other properties, is the ideal flooring coating for the places that require high cleaning level, such as electronic enterprise plant, pharmaceutical industry plant and so on.

Surface morphology: rolling or trowelling face

Scope of application:

Electron, computer production and packing area, telecommunication, computer control center, Arsenal, gunpowder store.

Construction technology:

1. Waterproof treatment: the first floor should have made waterproof processing;

2. Basic ground treatment: polish, fix and clean according to the actual condition of basic ground;

3. Anti-static primer: use anti-static primer to roll-coat one time, strengthen the surface adhesion;

4. Pave copper foil: pave by “#” style, could prevent accumulated static quickly, and do the ground connection well;

5. Anti-static middle coating: use trowel to coat anti-static middle coating one time or several times evenly (according to the design requirement);

6. Anti-static putty: construct several times according to the actual need, be smooth without holes and wearing marks;

7. Anti-static topcoat: use Anti-static topcoat to roll-coat two times or use anti-static self-leveling topcoat trowel to coat one time, after the completion the floor is smooth and clean, color uniform and without konggu;

 Cautions: walk upside after 24 hours, stand heavy press after 72 hours. (standard with 25°C, opening time should be delayed at low temperature.)
